My name is Carole Poinsot. I create perfumes as one writes invisible memories.
My story lives between two worlds: the radiant intensity of Abidjan and the softer, contemplative light of Grasse in the Mediterranean. Two landscapes, two rhythms, two olfactory memories that shaped the way I perceive the world.
In perfumery, I do not follow trends. I seek emotional truth — suspended moments, sensations that remain. Each creation is an intimate interpretation of matter, time, and memory.
Grasse Atelier was born from this need: to return to an essential, free and artisanal perfumery, where every formula is crafted as a unique piece.
I work raw materials like fragments of truth: woods, resins, flowers, spices… Each accord is built to reveal presence, signature, and silent emotion.
Creating a perfume is not about making a product. It is about giving form to the invisible.
Grasse Atelier is an invitation — to discover niche perfumes that are not made to please everyone, but to deeply touch those who wear them.
