1. Preamble These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between GRASSE ATELIER, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €2000, registered under number 939 585 592 R.C.S. Scope of Application These GTC apply to all sales of cosmetic products (perfumes, skincare, accessories, etc.) as well as perfume creation workshop services offered by GRASSE ATELIER, whether through our website, in store, or at trade shows and other events. By ordering a product or service, the Client unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions of sale. Any contrary condition set by the Client is therefore deemed inapplicable, unless expressly accepted by GRASSE ATELIER.

3. Products and Services 3.1 Products Products offered for sale on our website, in store, or during events include perfumes, cosmetics, and accessories. The essential characteristics of each product are detailed on the corresponding pages of the website or at the time of sale. Products are sold in compliance with French legislation concerning the safety of cosmetic and perfumery products. 3.2 Perfume Creation Workshops Perfume creation workshops are events where participants can create their own perfume. These workshops are offered online via our website or in store. The booking of these workshops is subject to specific conditions, which are specified at the time of registration.

4. Price 4.1 Price of Products and Services Prices of products and services are indicated in euros (€) and are displayed as the final total price for the consumer (TTC, All Taxes Included). Note: In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts - CGI), VAT is not applicable on sales made by GRASSE ATELIER (VAT exemption regime). This displayed price is therefore the net price, corresponding to the final price due. Delivery costs are calculated additionally and are clearly indicated before the Client validates their payment. 4.2 Price Modification GRASSE ATELIER reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Order 5.1 Ordering Methods Orders can be placed directly on the GRASSE ATELIER website, in store, or during events. Each order is subject to confirmation by GRASSE ATELIER by sending a validation email after receipt of payment. 5.2 Product Availability Our products are subject to availability. In case of stock shortage or unavailability of a product after the order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you either a replacement product or a full refund of your order. 5.3 Client Commitment When placing an order, the Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including their delivery address. GRASSE ATELIER cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in the information provided.

6. Payment 6.1 Payment Methods Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), bank transfer, or other payment method available on the website. Payment is due in full upon order validation. 6.2 Payment Security All financial transactions are secured by encryption systems compliant with current security standards.

7. Delivery 7.1 Delivery Methods Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client when placing the order. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of the order and are borne by the Client, unless otherwise specified. Delivery times vary according to the geographical area and the chosen delivery method. GRASSE ATELIER strives to deliver products within 5 working days, but this period is indicative. In case of a significant delay, the Client will be informed of the status of their order. 7.2 Liability GRASSE ATELIER declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or delay in delivery attributable to the carrier. The Client has the right to file a claim with the carrier in case of damage during delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns 8.1 Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reasons. Exception: This right does not apply to personalised products, such as perfumes created during the workshops, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code. The exception applies when the goods are manufactured according to the Client's specifications or are clearly personalized. For the workshops, the perfume created is considered a personalised good. 8.2 Return Procedures The returned product must be intact, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Return costs are borne by the Client, unless we offer free return shipping. For imperative reasons of hygiene and health protection (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code), perfumes, cosmetic products and accessories that have been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be taken back or refunded. The right of withdrawal applies only to products that remain intact and sealed. 8.3 Refund The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned product. It will be made using the same payment method used during the order, unless refunding via this method is technically impossible. Important: To guarantee the quality and integrity of our perfumes, any product whose bottle has been opened or tested cannot be taken back or refunded, in accordance with current legislation. 9. Liability 9.1 Limitation of Liability GRASSE ATELIER cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products, particularly in case of allergic reactions, misuse of the products, or Client negligence. It is the Client's responsibility to check the compatibility of the products with their skin type or needs before any use. 9.2 Exemption from Liability GRASSE ATELIER cannot be held responsible in case of non-performance or poor performance of its obligations within the framework of the sale or service provision, when this non-performance is attributable to the Client, to a case of force majeure, or to an event external to GRASSE ATELIER.

10. Intellectual Property All elements (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) present on the website and in advertising materials are the exclusive property of GRASSE ATELIER or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or partial or total exploitation of these elements without express authorization is prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

Unforeseen Disputes and Force Majeure 15.1 Unforeseen Disputes In the event that a dispute has not been explicitly provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), or in case of uncertainty about the interpretation or application of a provision of the GTC, GRASSE ATELIER undertakes to seek an amicable and equitable solution in consultation with the Client. Force majeure events notably include: unforeseen or exceptional events such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, fires, technical or computer failures, epidemics, or any other external circumstance beyond the reasonable control of either party. In the event of such an occurrence, GRASSE ATELIER will inform the Client as soon as possible, and the parties will strive to agree on an acceptable solution in compliance with the exceptional situation. 15.3 Legal Jurisdiction in case of Dispute In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Grasse, France, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.

🧪 Specific Conditions – Samples & Testers (B2C) ARTICLE X – SAMPLES AND TESTERS Grasse Atelier may offer, at its discretion, olfactory samples or mini-testers as part of the discovery of its fragrances. Samples are intended for personal, non-commercial use. They may under no circumstances be resold, reproduced, or used for formulation, reproduction, or comparative analysis purposes for industrial ends. The Client agrees not to: Resell samples to third parties; Use samples to attempt analysis or reproduction by technical or chemical means. Samples are provided for informational purposes only, without guarantee of exact olfactory correspondence with the final product (slight variations may exist depending on the support, time, or packaging). No right of withdrawal is applicable to personalized, sealed, or opened samples, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
